1 What is your company called, and what services or products do you offer?

We are currently the largest supplier of English language books in Europe, and the third largest in the world. Based out of a 350,000+ square feet facility in southern England, our stock represents one of the largest ranges of physical English language media products in Europe. We offer more than 400,000 titles in stock and ready to ship the same day to any UK address, as well as 1.8 million+ ebooks available for instant fulfilment to consumers.
The Gardners team work hard to simplify and enhance the supply chain through a proven combination of extensive product range, innovative services and experienced staff. We work with thousands of multi-channel retailers around the world, both online and on the high street, to supply physical and digital product to their exacting standards, either back to store or direct to consumer through our proven consumer direct fulfilment service (CDF).

2 What opportunities and challenges can you help IPG members with?

We are proud to be able to offer strong supply chain efficiencies, and have a great team on hand to offer the best services we can, including exposure to 15,000+ retailers around the world and 1,000+ internet and platform sellers. We have strong links to printers, excellent bibliographic data, bespoke pricing at customer, channel and country level worldwide, and the ability to become a full stockist of retailers’ products.

3 What are you looking forward to at the Annual Spring Conference?

As always, we look forward to discovering new business opportunities that may be available, along with meeting and building on our existing relationships that we have with many of the suppliers that will be attending the conference. We are hoping that we can showcase and maximise the many services we offer.
