About the Job

The opportunity
Osprey Publishing's main focus is on producing high quality content for military history enthusiasts, including titles on flame-throwing tanks, Samurai uniforms and battle plans with everything in between. The Osprey Adventures branch blurs the lines between fact and fiction, taking in werewolves, Odin, and the lost city of Atlantis along the way. Osprey Games produces high-quality wargames and boxed games on topics from World War II to competitive Christmas gift-giving. Osprey’s sister company, Shire Publications, deals with heritage topics from knitting and garden gnomes to Aston Martins and Harley Davidsons. We are part of Bloomsbury Publishing Plc and Osprey's already international reach is expanding to new markets and territories.
The Osprey production department is looking for an enthusiastic Publishing BA or MA graduate to help provide everyday support to our busy team. The role will include a variety of tasks including image-checking, layout of cover visuals, updating databases, checking ebooks, making minor layout corrections, and sourcing material from our archive.
