About the Job
Thames & Hudson is the leading global publisher of illustrated books on creativity and visual culture. Our list includes titles that are published in association with museums and other institutions worldwide, including the V&A. We are seeking a bright, design-savvy graduate from an art, design or humanities course, with a minimum of two years editorial experience, to work on our photography and design list within the busy editorial department.
This is a varied role requiring a demonstrable personal interest in photography and design. You should be confident, enthusiastic, highly organized, with a strong eye for detail and visual flair, and an effective communicator. The purpose of this role is to support the Commissioning Editor with research, administrative and development tasks, and author liaison, as well to undertake the day-to-day project-management of multiple titles across the list.
This is an exciting chance to work on a wide variety of stimulating projects in a highly creative environment in central London.
