SPCK is an award-winning publisher seeking to expand its digital reach to a growing consumer market for Christian books. We are looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented and adaptable Digital Content Assistant to deliver website content on our own websites, and to support third-party e-commerce partners (e.g. Amazon, Eden, etc.). The successful candidate will boost sales through our websites and partners, working closely with our Marketing team. Experience administering and supporting e-commerce sites is desirable.
As well as having technical understanding, the successful candidate should be a team player, able to work across the organization, drawing together news, features and content from sales and marketing teams and maintaining the sites’ home and feature pages in a timely and organized manner. Additionally, the Digital Content Assistant will be an integral part of our digital publishing team, being responsible for submitting digital media and products (including eBooks) on a monthly basis.
SPCK’s digital team is expected to grow and there will be opportunities for promotion. The position is London-based, with some flexibility to work offsite.
Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 (dependent upon experience)
Reporting to: Digital Operations Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
•Creating and editing accurate and engaging website content, across several websites.
•Managing third-party digital relationships including Amazon, Nielsen and Faber Factory.
•Track and monitor website analytics across in-house websites.
•Creating, editing and maintaining microsites (using WYSISYG editors, like Wix).
•Support planning, creation and delivery of digital media and products, across departments. Key administrative support within the commercial department.
•Previous experience working on and maintaining a website (e.g. blogs).
•Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
•Good copywriting skills.
•Ability to use and manipulate large datasets.
•Experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
•Reporting on website performance using Google Analytics.
•Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
•Digital Production including experience producing multimedia digital products, videos or user-centred content.
•Experience of increasing user engagement and conversion.
•Previous experience working with at least one e-commerce enabled site.
