UK Sales Manager - Heritage Team

Pavilion Books are looking to employ a UK Sales Manager to join their successful and expanding Heritage Sales Team. The team sells Pitkin and Pavilion books alongside other client publishers into the gift and heritage sectors, including cathedrals, country houses, museums, galleries and other tourist sites and visitor attractions.
We are looking for an ambitious target focused and experienced sales manager to lead the Heritage Sales Team.
Key responsibilities will be:
•Managing a team of salaried and freelance territory managers and tele-sales agents
•Growing sales and the customer base for this new sales organisation
•Attend and represent Pavilion and Pitkin at relevant heritage and culture industry trade shows
•Manage relationships with existing client publishers and, in due course, attract new clients
•Directly manage relationship with a number of key accounts
